What is cream ?
cream is fat rich dairy product. "Cream is rich portion of milk which is rich in milk fat or which has been gathered and hich contain a large portion of milk fat , when concentrated into a fraction of the original milk milk that portion is known as cream.

5. Pasteurisation temperature and time combination.
6. During the pasteurisation to kill vegetarianism bacteria.
